Madelyn A. Morris

Madelyn Morris is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes lawsuits and arbitrations.

Madelyn works on a range of complex litigation matters, including securities, M&A, and general business disputes. Her work involves counseling public and portfolio companies on issues of corporate governance, litigation, and transaction-related litigation exposure, as well as representing financial services firms in transaction-related disputes. Madelyn has also advised boards of directors and officers on mitigating and managing reputational risks, including conducting highly sensitive investigations related to workplace compliance and employment issues.

Madelyn is a member of the Firm’s Recruiting Committee and is actively involved in pro bono matters related to criminal justice and voting rights.
