Marc L. Fleischauer

Marc is a partner in Taft's Dayton office and focuses his practice on employment and labor relations. With more than 30 years of experience, he has represented clients and counseled employers ranging from small businesses to private equity firms to Fortune 100 companies. Marc has helped clients avoid and defend cases before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies, including cases arising under:

• Title VII and state anti-discrimination laws

Marc is a graduate of The College of Wooster and received his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.

Marc was previously an Adjunct Instructor and Professional Fellow at Ashland University (Ashland, Ohio), where he taught employment law. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and serves on the board of the Butler-Warren Society for Human Resource Management.
