During this time, as either chief or co-counsel, she commenced adversary proceedings to recover assets for the bankruptcy estate which would then be distributed to the unsecured creditors. Two of the most significant cases were the Ponzi schemes, In re World Vision Entertainment, Inc., and In re Evergreen Security Ltd.
