Marilyn Victor is a partner in WSHB's Thousand Oaks office, where she enjoys a national reputation for her consistent and aggressive litigation results in all aspects of complex civil matters. With over two decades of experience, practicing in both state and federal courts, Marilyn brings to each case sage analysis, strategic planning, creative negotiation, problem solving and independent handling of complex legal issues from inception through trial.
Marilyn focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of healthcare professionals, transportation and catastrophic injury claims.
