Mark A. Nelson

Mark Nelson is a top rated lawyer that has been recognized as one of America's Most Honored Lawyers noted to be among the Top 1% of American Lawyers. He is a Member of The Mississippi Bar and The Louisiana State Bar Association (inactive). Nelson is Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale and was Selected as a Super Lawyer each year since 2011. While in Law School he was Associate and Research Editor of The Mississippi Law Journal, 1981-82, and a Member of the Journal of Space Law, 1982. Nelson was a Law Clerk to The Honorable Emmett R. Cox, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, 1983-84. He is a member of the legal Honorary, Phi Delta Phi. Nelson was a Lecturer for the College of Osteopathic Medicine, William Carey University, Medical Jurisprudence, 2011-13.
