About Mark E. Bialick
Mark E. Bialick entered the practice of law in 1981. His practice centers upon complex civil litigation, and, over the course of his nearly forty-year career, Mark has litigated and tried to verdict several of the State of Oklahoma’s seminal cases in the areas of insurance, particularly with respect to the duty of good faith and fair dealing, as well as cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
In 2006, Mark was inducted as a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is recognized as the leading association of trial lawyers in both the United States and Canada. Membership in the American College of Trial Lawyers is limited to the top 1% of trial lawyers in each state. He has also been named an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2006, earning inclusion on the publication’s “Top 50″ list each year since 2007 and on its “Top 10″ list from 2008-2014. For the last eighteen years, Mark has been designated a “Best Lawyer” in the Oklahoma City area by The Best Lawyers in America, with particular recognition in the practice areas of Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants since 2011. Mark was named by Best Lawyers as “Lawyer of the Year” in 2012 for Personal Injury-Litigation-Defendants in Oklahoma City and received the same recognition in 2014 for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in 2014, again in 2016 for Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and most recently recognized by Best Lawyers as the 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in the Oklahoma City area.
Mark is a frequent lecturer on trial practices and techniques as well as a broad range of matters relating to insurance law.
