Mark E. Minyard’s reputation, extensive experience, and proven track record in family law has been recognized by Super Lawyers by naming him as a Top 50 Family Law Lawyer in Orange County each year since 2004 and Top 100 in Southern California out of 67,000 lawyers since 2019. He has been listed as one of the best family law lawyers in America by Best Lawyers in America - each year since 2003 and was named Orange County Family Law Lawyer of the Year in 2009 and 2016 by Best Lawyers in America. He has also been listed as a Super Lawyer by the same publication each year since the inception of the list. This is an honor limited to the top five percent of Southern California lawyers. Mark is the only active Orange County family law attorney who is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been ranked by Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Lawyers and is listed in the 2020 Lawdragon 500 Leading Family Lawyers national publication. In 2009, the Anti-Defamation League awarded Mark the Marcus Kaufman Jurisprudence award which is presented for significant contributions to the community and the legal profession. Mark was the only Orange County lawyer appointed by the California Judicial Council to the groundbreaking Elkins Family Law Task Force by the California Judicial Council. Mark is AV Peer Review Rated (the highest rating) by Martindale.com, has been listed in the Preeminent Bar Registry for 25 years and is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
