Mark represents management in a variety of employment matters including employment discrimination claims, wrongful termination, fair labor standards and practices, and employment policies. Mark is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Arkansas, and he has litigated cases in state and federal courts, including appeals to the Fifth and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Court of Federal Claims.
