As one of the youngest shareholders at Kluger Kaplan, Marko has extensive experience handling partnership and corporate dissolutions, real estate affairs including but not limited to representing developers, investors, real estate brokers, lending institutions, buyers and sellers, property managers and contractors. These cases often arise out of multifaceted commercial real estate projects and transactions, professional liability and contract disputes, corporate finance issues, as well as trust and estate matters.

Marko has also widely dealt with white collar criminal issues in the civil and criminal context, including issues related to fraud, perjury and other sanctionable matters. Additionally, he has managed a variety of disputes in the entertainment and sports industries, representing professional athletes in a wide range of capacities.

Prior to becoming a highly successful litigator, Marko was a professional tennis player. He played on the ATP tour and served as captain of the Duke Tennis team. Marko is also fluent in Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, and conversational in German.
