He joined Morrow Willnauer Church, LLC in 2013 where he litigated civil cases in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, business and commercial litigation, professional liability, and personal injury. Mr. Woody has authored appellate briefs to the state appellate courts in Missouri and Kansas and to federal appellate courts. He joined Patton Law Group & Associates, P.C. in 2018 where he mainly concentrates on civil litigation.
Mr. Woody is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar, the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, the Western District of Missouri, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
