Martin D. Litt, Esq., is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Intrepid Potash, Inc. Intrepid is a mining company with potash mines in New Mexico and Utah. In addition to his legal and corporate governance responsibilities, Mr. Litt also oversees the business development and government affairs functions. Prior to joining Intrepid in 2008, Mr. Litt was a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (now Bryan Cave HRO) where he practiced in the litigation department for 15 years. While at HRO, Mr. Litt was a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to practicing at HRO, Mr. Litt practiced with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
