Matthew Barr represents companies in the manufacturing, construction and transportation industries in litigated disputes throughout the United States. Matthew’s clients range in size from the fastest growing businesses in Indianapolis to companies listed among the Fortune 500. His litigation practice focuses on a broad range of issues and substantive law disciplines, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, Uniform Commercial Code issues, negligence, product liability, unfair competition, tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets, and multi-plaintiff, mass and class action claims. Notably, Matthew currently serves as co-chair of the firm's Logistics and Transportation team and as co-leader of the Indianapolis Litigation team.
