Matthew J. Brooker

Matt Brooker is a named partner of Matteuzzi & Brooker. Matt is currently admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri, the District of Kansas and the District of Nebraska. He has represented clients in courts throughout the Midwest.Mr. Brooker graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri — Kansas City School of Law. His strong interest in oral advocacy began as a high school debater completing on a national level and developed into a passion for trail work that grew even stronger while he was a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team and the National Trial Advocacy Competition Team. His passion has continued to grow as he entered the practice of law. He was a published member of the UMKC Law Review and served as Administrative Editor. He was awarded the Practitioner’s Award for outstanding advocacy during the national trial competition. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brooker graduated magna cum laude from Truman State University where he served as Student Senate President and was selected by the faculty as outstanding student in Economics.Matt and his wife, Ashley, currently reside in a suburb of Kansas City along with their two daughters Lilly and Layla.
