Attorney Cersine is an Alumni of Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree and the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree and graduated with a double major in Business Administration and Economics and a minor in Accounting. Attorney Cersine is admitted to practice law in Florida and Minnesota and is a member of the Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

Growing up in a small town in northern Minnesota, attorney Cersine developed a tireless work ethic and a strong dedication to honesty and integrity. Attorney Cersine represents his corporate clients in business transactions in foreign countries while guiding and consulting those clients to achieve successful resolutions to business, administrative and legal matters in countries of Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Cuba, Columbia, France, Germany, Nigeria, Serbia and the Russian Federation.

Attorney Cersine is also active in alternative dispute resolution and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit, Family and County Mediator and a qualified Arbitrator. In his role as a Neutral, Attorney Cersine has been involved with over 4,500 proceedings where he has facilitated resolutions and empowered parties to resolve their disputes in a cost effective and expeditious manner.

Attorney Cersine is also a lecturer and trainer on the topic of Alternative Dispute Resolution and is one of only a handful of individuals certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Primary Trainer for Circuit and County Mediators. Attorney Cersine trains Circuit and County Mediators throughout the State of Florida and is a Professor at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida.

While away from the office, Attorney Cersine spends much of his time traveling as he is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys skiing, hunting and scuba diving.
