Max has experience litigating claims in the areas of false advertising, unfair competition, trademark, contract, and products liability. For food and beverage clients, Max focuses on both navigating advertising, labelling, and food safety regulations, as well as defending against such claims.Max has written and spoken on topics including, product “purity” claims, greenwashing trends, consumer product warranties, and social media compliance.
