Max Jiusto represents financial institutions and private lending entities in secured corporate finance transactions. He handles single-lender and syndicated credits across various loan types, including asset-based loans, cash-flow financings, acquisition financings, and fund financings. across multiple industries, including retailers, manufacturers, service providers, lenders, and real estate developers and operators. Max also works with private equity firms and other investors representing portfolio companies as borrowers in commercial loan transactions

Max is experienced in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, guaranties, and other loan documentation for credit facilities of various types and sizes.
