About Meredith Singer
Since joining the firm in 2001, Meredith Singer’s practice has centered around representation of developers in all aspects of condominium, mixed use and planned developments, from inception to completion. She is actively involved in the preparation of condominium and community governing documents and offering plans, state and federal registrations, preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements for the sale of pre-construction condominium units, representation of developers at end-unit closings and project grand openings and the various other day to day matters involved with these types of developments.
