Micah Goldberg

Micah is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group at Watson Goepel and has been recognized since 2025 for his exemplary work in Corporate and Commercial Litigation. Micah's practice focuses on contract litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, and wrongful termination actions. His commitment to his clients and his detailed approach to complex litigation have distinguished him in the legal community.

Micah graduated from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2016. He presently serves on the executive of the CBABC Property Law subcommittee and the Strathcona Community Centre’s Board of Directors.

Micah's extensive experience includes assisting public companies through the Plan of Arrangement process, litigating securities disputes, and serving as trial counsel in significant employment and property dispute proceedings.
