Michael Carrillo advises individuals and businesses on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters, as well as on foreign and domestic patent and trademark protection. Michael has also represented large financial and lending institutions in preparing and negotiating licenses for online banking software and technology. Notably, Michael served as interim legal counsel for the subsidiary of a publicly held company, and has drafted various agreements, including software license, Software as a Service, outsourcing, web hosting, technology transfer and distribution and supply agreements.
