He is admitted to the bar in the state of California and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of California for the United States District Court. His recent practice is focused on complex civil litigation involving business, construction and insurance issues. He is also experienced in personal injury, employment and contractual disputes. Mr. Rogaski has counseled businesses and handled all aspects of litigation, including civil jury trials, arbitration and mediation.
