Michael J. Menicucci

Michael J. Menicucci is committed to the pursuit of justice on behalf of his clients. For about ten years of Michael’s legal career, he primarily represented the interests of insurance companies and/or their insureds in the defense of personal injury matters. That experience gave him valuable insight as to how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims in ways that are designed to minimize, if not outright defeat, an injured party’s bodily injury claim. Michael and his wife of thirty-seven years are the parents of three sons. His eldest son’s love of animals steered him in the direction of becoming a veterinarian. Michael’s two other sons, who followed in the footsteps of their father and paternal grandfather, are also attorneys.
