Michael Kestenbaum

Mike has had a number of types of legal experience during his over thirty years of experience ranging from working for a solo practitioner to a small commercial practice, a general practice with a real estate component and a primarily plaintiff-oriented firm before focusing on insurance defense work more than twenty years ago. Included as part of the insurance defense work has been a variety of areas including motor vehicle, general and premises liability, labor law, property damage, and mold claims. He has been involved in forms of alternative dispute resolution in addition to litigation.

He graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a BA in History and his law degree. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and is a member of the Westchester County and New York State Bar Associations.

Mike has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America in a number of different capacities, most recently for several years as a Life to Eagle Coordinator.
