Mr. Gagliardi began his career as a Public Defender for the 2nd Circuit Public Defender's office where he excelled in trial advocacy. This passion for fighting for the underdog lead to a career in Civil Rights and Personal Injury litigation. Mr. Gagliardi carries this passion to his current position with Morgan and Morgan.
