Michael Patrick Grubbs

A proud Arizona native, Michael currently resides in Gilbert with his wife and three children. He has a unique international experience, having lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for two years as a service missionary, where he became fluent in Spanish. Upon returning to the United States, he pursued his education at Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with honors and maintaining a stellar 4.0 GPA. In addition to his legal career, Michael generously volunteers at his local church, particularly working with children. During his rare moments of leisure, he indulges in reading, soccer, games, follows NBA basketball, and cherishes quality time with family and friends.

Michael Grubbs' professional journey commenced at an insurance defense firm, where he handled a diverse portfolio of cases, including malpractice, negligence, personal injury, accidents, slip and falls, auto accidents, wrongful deaths, premises liability, construction defects, fire losses, product liability, contract disputes, and general tort liability. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the inner workings of insurance companies and how defendants typically evaluate and process claims. Armed with this knowledge, Michael made the pivotal decision to switch sides, now dedicated to championing the rights of those who have been wronged. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah.

Michael's educational achievements are a testament to his commitment to excellence. He graduated as the Valedictorian of his class from Arizona Summit Law School, achieving Summa Cum Laude status with a remarkable 3.97 GPA. His remarkable dedication was reflected in his success in the Arizona bar exam, where he achieved the highest bar score from Arizona Summit Law School. During his time in law school, Michael earned an impressive eight CALI awards, a recognition reserved for the top student in individual classes. He consistently made the dean's list every eligible semester, served as a staff editor on the Arizona Summit Law Review, and was honored with the Presidential Scholarship, awarded to the school's top student. In addition to his academic pursuits, Michael devoted over 100 hours as a Rule 38 Certified student in the ASLS Veteran's Legal Clinic, providing crucial legal assistance to veterans in need.
