Michael’s representations involve multiple industries and include prominent chapter 11 engagements such as representing debtor Athenex and affiliates in their liquidation proceedings in Houston, debtor Quiksilver and affiliates in their reorganization proceedings in Delaware, debtor Filene’s Basement and affiliates in their liquidation in Delaware, debtor Murray Inc. in its liquidation in Nashville, and debtor Superior Telecom and affiliates in their reorganization proceedings in Delaware. Michael has also represented official committees and postconfirmation estates in matters like Ascena Retail Group (E.D. Va.), Cinemex (S.D. Fla.), KH Funding (D. Md.), and Payless Holdings (E.D.
