Michael S. Schlesinger

Michael Schlesinger is a highly accomplished trial attorney whose areas of focus include personal injury, product liability, labor law, and medical malpractice. He is also skilled in mass tort and commercial litigations. Since joining the Morelli Law Firm, Michael has been lead trial lawyer or a member of the trial team that has obtained multimillion dollar verdicts or settlements, including verdicts for $102 million, $12 million and $9 million.

Michael received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1995. While in law school, Michael worked for one of the premier law firms specializing in white collar criminal cases. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. In between college and law school, Michael worked for U.S Senator Herb Kohl on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.

Michael has appeared numerous times on television as an expert and to offer opinions on various legal matters on networks including CNN, Headline News, MSNBC, FOX New York, and the show “Celebrity Justice.”

Prior to joining Morelli Law Firm, Michael was an attorney at another highly respected New York law firm, where he focused his practice on personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. Michael is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Claims. He is a past board member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
