Michael Tod Novick

Michael Tod Novick was born in Winchester, Virginia on February 29, 1964. Mr. Novick has two children and has been a resident of Gloucester County for over 30 years. Mr. Novick graduated from Vineland High School in 1982. He then attended The American University, where he majored in Psychology. Mr. Novick graduated from The American University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. After graduation, Mr. Novick attended The University of Cincinnati School of Law in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his law degree in May of 1990. In December of that year, Mr. Novick was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Novick joined the Law office of Milton W. Brown in September of 2001. The New Jersey Supreme Court has certified Michael as a Civil Trial Attorney and his practice has been focused on personal injury and workers compensation litigation since 1990. In 2014 Mr. Novick secured the largest trial verdict in the State of New Jersey for Motor Vehicle Verbal Threshold cases in 2014. The verdict of $500,000.00 was rendered in the case of Marin v. Crossan and was heard in the Superior Court of Gloucester County, N.J. This case result should not create an unjustified expectation that a similar result can be obtained for other cases since each case depends upon the specific facts and legal issues involved.
