Michael W. Kiernan focuses his practice on Business Disputes and related litigation. He provides guidance to businesses and individuals to help them protect their assets and avoid disputes. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Michael employs a client centered approach to Business Disputes which consists of three distinct stages: Consultation and Analysis, Pre-Litigation Planning and Litigation. The cost of litigation can be overwhelming and often cost prohibitive. A Business Centered Approach must consider specific goals and associated budgets, while at the same time anticipating variables caused by a judge and/or other parties. Goals and budgets must be re-visited on a consistent basis to maximize return on investment or to mitigate loss.
