My litigation experience includes State and Federal courts in Nevada and I often appear before governmental and quasi-governmental administrative hearing officers on behalf of my clients. My practice covers all aspects of restructuring, having reprented credtiors, lends and companies in both chapter 7 and 11. I have also represented hundreds of individual debtors in both chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases, helping them achieve a fresh start. Finally, I have been appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court as an arbitrator for the court-annexed arbitration program.
