Michelle L. Hogan

Michelle Hogan is a former fraud prosecutor for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and an experienced litigator who focuses on representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and privacy matters. Michelle leverages her investigative and analytical skills and experience to craft winning litigation strategy in defending white collar clients against civil and criminal charges and to litigate complex commercial disputes.

In the white-collar defense context, Michelle has advised and represented clients in successfully defending charges levied by federal, state, and municipal government agencies. Michelle advises grand jury clients of their rights and responds to subpoenas on behalf of companies and individuals. She has also successfully assisted victims assert their rights in state court and obtain restitution awards.
