Min K. Kim

Min Kim's legal practice is focused on the representation of management clients in labor and employment law matters.

Min's innovative and practical legal counsel is aimed at finding the most cost-effective resolutions for her clients which can involve the use of arbitration, mediation and conciliation, among other alternate resolution tactics. Her experience includes representing public and private sector clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims.

Before entering law school, Min worked as a tax associate in one of the Big Four accounting firms. This role allowed her to gain extensive experience advising multi-state companies, privately owned organizations, and investment partnerships on tax compliance issues.

While pursuing her J.D., Min completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Richard Fruin Jr. at the Los Angeles Superior Court and for the Honorable Sandra R. Klein at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She also served as a production editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Min was an associate at a large national firm representing employers in both state and federal court on matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also represented and litigated on behalf of local and national business entities in personal injury and general commercial liability matters.
