Molly M. Wilson

Molly M. Wilson is an associate attorney handling healthcare and corporate transactions. Molly advises clients on managed care issues, including compliance with the Knox-Keene Act, and drafting and revising managed care contracts. She also handles legal issues pertaining to HIPAA, ERISA compliance, and healthcare reform.

As part of the corporate transactions team, Molly focuses her practice on the formation, acquisition, operation and management of various business entities.

Molly was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011 after attaining her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. In 2007, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in political science. Prior to starting with AMMCG, Molly was an associate at Klein DeNatale Goldner LLP in Bakersfield, California. Molly also worked as an intern at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office and with two federal administrative agencies.
