Monty L. Cain

Monty L. Cain began his personal injury practice with a desire to help victims injured in a comprehensive range of matters, including: Oklahoma City trucking accidents, automobile/car accidents, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, slip and fall or premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and workers’ compensation. A native of Oklahoma, Mr. Cain attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received his undergraduate degree. Later he received his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award. In addition to his work as a trucking accident attorney in Oklahoma, Mr. Cain is active in his local community and involved in several professional law associations.
