Mr. Gordon Lewis

Gordon Lewis has more than 30 years of experience representing public and private employers in the full range of employment-related matters. Gordon has advised and defended employers in matters involving racial discrimination, sexual and gender discrimination, age discrimination, disability discrimination and accommodation, harassment (based on race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, and gender identity), Family and Medical Leave Act matters, Unfair Labor Practice charges, unpaid wage claims, and wage and hour disputes. His work includes drafting and reviewing employment agreements and developing comprehensive workplace policies addressing sexual harassment, drug testing, medical leave, and other employment-related concerns.

Gordon also has extensive experience advising and representing public employers. He regularly advises public employers on employee conduct and discipline, handles due process termination hearings, and assists public entities in resolving complex issues involving privacy rights, free speech, open meetings, public records, and employee due process. Gordon has performed several comprehensive independent investigations for public entities seeking to address allegations of harassment. misconduct, or retaliation.
