Mr Jared Leung

Jared Leung is the managing attorney at JCL Immigration Attorneys, PLLC. He finds practicing immigration law deeply rewarding, as it enables individuals and families to pursue their American dreams, lead productive lives, and raise children in safe environments where they can achieve their potential. Jared represents a wide range of clients, from businesses seeking work visas and green cards for talented employees to individuals applying for E-1, E-2, and EB-5 investor visas. He counsels companies on I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and ICE audits, helping mitigate penalties and implement sustainable systems. For families, he handles marriage-based, fiancée, and other family petitions, as well as extraordinary ability, national interest waiver, and outstanding researcher petitions. Jared’s experience managing a consular practice in Hong Kong for a New York law firm from 2006 to 2008 equips him with unique insights into U.S. consulates and embassies.
