As an experienced employment litigator, she defends employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, and employee misclassification, as well as trade secret disputes and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
