Natalie Bursi

Natalie Bursi is a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Memphis office, where she concentrates her practice on health care liability/medical malpractice defense, employment litigation, and insurance defense litigation. She represents hospitals, physicians, medical providers, employers, and insured professionals in a wide range of complex civil matters. Ms. Bursi has assisted in trying civil cases to verdict in both Tennessee state and federal courts, obtaining successful results for her clients in appellate courts. She is known for her meticulous preparation, strong courtroom skills, and commitment to achieving efficient and strategic outcomes for her clients.

Before joining Lewis Thomason, Ms. Bursi gained valuable experience through public service and appellate work. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Judge Holly M. Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Western Section, and interned with the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Bursi is actively engaged in the legal community and has been recognized for her professional achievements, leadership, and advocacy.
