Natalie J. Taylor

Natalie Taylor enjoys a diverse commercial law practice handling a wide range of issues, including corporate formations, reorganizations, and dissolutions, joint venture arrangements, corporate governance, private equity capital raising, project finance, real estate, and title review. Natalie’s practice has focused primarily on assisting local and international clients with all stages of project development, including company start-up, industrial site land acquisitions, structuring and negotiating project financings, negotiating joint venture agreements, permitting, and on-going corporate governance.

Natalie also represents clients in the formation and negotiation of other commercial agreements, including asset purchase agreements, master services agreements and professional services agreements. In addition, Natalie has experience with oil and gas title examinations and drafting and negotiating a broad range of real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, and right-of-way agreements.
