Neil Mullin

Neil Mullin has been a plaintiff's employment lawyer for 30 years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. A graduate of Columbia University magna cum laude and phi beta kappa, he graduated from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. He has been honored as a Distinguished Graduate of Rutgers. He has argued successfully in the Supreme Court of the United States and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Mullin has achieved numerous substantial employment law and civil rights jury verdicts in New Jersey and has achieved substantial qui tam settlements. Mr. Mullin has advised high level executives with regard to personal employment law issues. He has appeared on Court TV and has been published in the New York Times, the Seton Hall Law Review, and other publications. He has lectured throughout the state of New Jersey and the country and has recently lectured on employment law at Oxford University, England, for the Industrial Law Society.
