Born in Iowa and raised between Iowa and Arizona, Nick moved out on his own at the age of 15. He worked full time from that point forward and at the age of 17 joined the United States Air Force where he was trained and served as a combat medic. It was through the military and G.I. Bill that Nick got his undergraduate education and was able to attend law school. By the age of 19, Nick completed his bachelor’s degree in social psychology. He also was trained and certified as a firefighter and during his service and college worked as a volunteer firefighter. Nick started law school at the age of 20 and continued his service in the Armed Forces taking special assignments for three more years. In total he served an honorable 6 years in the United States Armed Forces assigned to various units with the United States Air Force and United States Army.
He is a relentless warrior who has succeed and proven himself in the battles of litigation time and time again, however he prides himself on his caring, empathetic approach to working with the injured and their families. He believes in going the distance for each and every client, is not afraid to put any case in front of a jury, and makes insurance companies pay up when deserving injury victims come forward to seek justice.
