Nick is a shareholder with Eckberg Lammers and the lead attorney for the firm’s municipal, banking & finance, business and commercial real estate groups. Nick works with financial institutions, local governments, and businesses to achieve their business goals in a smart, cost-effective, results-oriented way. He also aggressively represents his clients in legal proceedings when issues arise. Nick focuses his practice in: Business organizations, Business succession planning, Business Mediation (Wisconsin), Commercial real estate, Creditor’s Rights, Mergers & acquisitions, Municipal counsel and Commercial lending & loan documentation.
