Nicholas Spetsas

Nick Spetsas was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Moorestown, New Jersey, just outside the city. In 2010, his family relocated to a beach community in Northeast Florida, where Nick developed a lasting connection to the state he now calls home. Today, he proudly represents injured individuals and families throughout Orlando, Florida, and the surrounding communities.

While in law school, Nick gained meaningful litigation experience as a certified student-attorney with the South Carolina Juvenile Justice Clinic. He also completed internships with a Fortune 500 company, a personal injury law firm, and the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General, providing him with a broad perspective on civil litigation and advocacy.

Before joining Spetsas Buist Accident Injury Lawyers, Nick worked for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida and later for a national law firm. In those roles, he represented corporations and insurance carriers in complex civil litigation matters involving personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, and negligent security claims.

Nick now applies his litigation and trial background to representing plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Workers' Compensation Law. His prior experience defending insurance companies allows him to anticipate common strategies used during negotiations and at trial. Nick is committed to advocating for individuals injured due to negligence, maintaining open communication, and providing attentive, client-focused representation. He takes pride in treating every client with care, respect, and dedication.
