Nichole has served our community by accepting an appointment from the Attorney General to be a Special Assistant to the Attorney General and by accepting appointments to represent children as their Guardian ad litem in custody cases.

Nichole was named a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, an honor bestowed through the State Bar of Georgia upon 2% of Henry County attorneys. In 2015, the Law Firm of Nichole A. Nichole worked her way through Agnes Scott College, earning a 4 year degree in three years and graduating with a 3.7 GPA and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a national academic honor society. In 1998, Nichole was the youngest person in her class to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law (ranked 30th law school in the nation by US News and World Report). She spent her summers during law school interning for Senator Sam Nunn and studying international law in Verona, Italy.
Nichole worked part-time as an associate Probate Judge for the Mental Health Court in Henry County. After 11 years as a part-time Magistrage in Henry County, she retired from public service but continues to perform weddings.
