Nicole Carlucci is an experienced and compassionate family law attorney who has practiced law and worked in legal education in Jacksonville for nearly twenty years. With a broad range of legal knowledge and experience, she focuses exclusively on family law. Ms. Carlucci handles cases involving a variety of issues such as dissolution of marriage, paternity, child custody, child support and relocation. She understands that her clients are going through challenging times and she is dedicated to providing them with the personalized attention and support they need.

Ms. Carlucci began her career as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting crimes in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. After working as a prosecutor, she went into private practice where she litigated in the areas of family law, personal injury, insurance defense and criminal defense.

Immediately Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jason K.S. Porter, P.A., Ms. Carlucci worked in legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law. At the law school, Ms. Carlucci served in various positions, including Advisor in the Center for Professional Development and Admissions Counselor for the LL.M. (Master’s Degree) Programs. She also had the opportunity to teach as an adjunct professor in the Logistics and Transportation Program. Although she enjoyed her time working in academics, Ms. Carlucci is happy to be back to the practice of law.

Ms. Carlucci graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Sociology. While at Wake Forest, Ms. Carlucci was inducted into Golden Key Honor Society, the world’s largest collegiate honor society whose members represent the top 15% of their college classes. She also became a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, the national political science society recognizing academic excellence.

Ms. Carlucci earned her law degree at Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Carlucci began earning practical legal experience through her work as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office in Monticello, Florida. She was also selected through a highly competitive process to serve as a Legislative Intern in the Office of Public Counsel, where she investigated Florida Whistle-blower’s Act cases.

Ms. Carlucci’s academic achievements during law school include induction into Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, the prestigious legal honor society that celebrates the attributes of academic excellence, professionalism and scholarship among its members. Ms. Carlucci also earned a Book Award for academic achievement in Arbitration.
