Nijole C. Olson

Nijole Olson brings more than 30 years of courtroom experience to Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski LLP, where she is a partner and trial lawyer focusing on Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. Based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Nijole represents individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic harm due to negligence and wrongful conduct. Her practice includes medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and birth trauma cases involving complex medical and scientific issues. With a background in both law and public health, she approaches each case with careful analysis and a strong commitment to accountability and meaningful recovery for her clients.

Nijole earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, followed by a Master’s degree in Preventive Medicine with a concentration in Epidemiology. Her academic training shaped a career-long focus on the intersection of medicine, science, and the law. She received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. This foundation allows her to evaluate medical evidence, causation, and damages with depth and precision, which is particularly valuable in complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
