Nipun Marwaha

Nipun Marwaha is the founder of Marwaha Law Group and a litigator who has pursued the craft of advocacy for most of his life. Years before law school, he immersed himself in legal study and the principles of litigation, building a foundation that he later strengthened through law school and hands-on practice. That early start—combined with six years in active practice—meant that before his 30th birthday, he had already spent well over a decade preparing for and working in the courtroom. Nipun’s commitment to the work began young; he often points to watching Jack McCoy at 13 as the moment he knew he wanted to dedicate his life to protecting people. His career includes experience as a prosecutor and training with highly regarded New York attorneys, giving him insight into how cases are built and how they can be challenged. Today, he represents clients in state and federal matters, with an emphasis on safeguarding individuals from government overreach in both criminal and civil courts.
