Pam worked closely with the Department of Health to inform the development of the Medicaid State Plan Amendment as related to the School Supportive Health Services (SSHSP/PSSHSP) and the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General’s treatment of programs under recent Compliance Plan regulations. Her experience in rate appeals, program approval, contract negotiation and regulatory quality reviews and audits extends well beyond educational programs. She has developed wide-ranging experience in the Office of the State Comptroller audits and compliance reviews.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Senior Counsel with the New York State Legislative Bill Drafting Commission and was responsible for introducing several Latin American delegations to the state legislative process through her involvement with the Rockefeller Institute.
