Pascale Gouin

Pascale Gouin works in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in areas involving civil liability, relations between shareholders and between franchisors and franchisees, real estate law, labour relations and dispute arbitration. She pleads before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the administrative courts. She also applies her expertise in preventive ways, by drafting her clients’ employment contracts and commercial leases.

Pascale also specializes in family law and matrimonial cases where financial structures (trusts, limited partnerships, etc.) and partition of property can often seem complex, as in divorces and separations of de facto spouses. She is able to put all her commercial knowledge to work for her business and professional clientele.

A member of the Quebec Collaborative Law Group, she has been involved for over 13 years with the Club des petits déjeuners and a member of its board of directors since 2010. She also sits on the board of the Quebec Hardware and Building Supply Association (AQMAT). Last but not least, Pascale is also involved in the CHUM-affilated Fondation Virage, pour le soutien au cancer.
