• $400,000 settlement for the driver of a vehicle that was rear-ended by another vehicle.

• $255,000 settlement for Middlesex County car crash litigation in which the crash worsened the client’s neck condition which ultimately required neck surgery.

• $200,000 policy limits for a man injured in a motor vehicle accident. While on vacation in Florida, client was rear-ended on the highway. The crashed caused a shoulder tear requiring arthroscopic repair and physical therapy. The $200,000 represented the extent of the client’s Under Insured Motorist (UIM) coverage.

• $100,000 for a man injured when his apartment step broke. The client was walking up the outdoor step access to his apartment when the step broke, causing him to fall. The client suffered injuries to both shoulders that required chiropractic care, physical therapy, and injections.

• $100,000 settlement (the insurance policy limit), client was rear-ended by a drunk driver, severely injured back, needed a two level lumbar discectomy.

• $150,000 Verdict in Middlesex County Superior Court Trial in June 2021 with an additional $69,000 in fees and penalties; pre-trial offer of $8,000.

• $110,000 Settlement in Middlesex County for client rear-ended at a red light requiring 3 pain management injections.$140,000 Settlement in Somerset County for mother and daughter rear-ended by a transportation services vehicle causing neck and back injuries.

• $97,500 for a boy injured in a motor vehicle crash. The 11 year old was a passenger in a vehicle making a left turn when it was impacted. The client suffered a broken arm, broken tooth, and broken nose. No surgery was required. Both Defendants had minimal insurance policies, but the client was protected with $100,000 of UIM coverage.
