For more than 35 years, Mr. Kruse has been a dedicated advocate for injury victims across Indiana and the surrounding states of Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan. He has successfully resolved thousands of personal injury claims through settlements, bench trials, and jury verdicts, handling a wide range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice.

Since 1988, Mr. Kruse has served on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, reflecting his long-standing commitment to advancing the legal profession. He also recently completed his term as President of the IU McKinney School of Law Alumni Association Board, following 11 years of service. In that role, he worked closely with alumni, faculty, and students to support programs that promote legal education and professional development.

Recognized for his excellence in personal injury law, Mr. Kruse has been named among Indiana’s top personal injury attorneys by Super Lawyers for 16 consecutive years and has also been honored by Indiana Best Lawyers.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Kruse has cultivated strong referral relationships with attorneys throughout Indiana. He regularly travels to meet clients at referring attorneys’ offices or, when needed, in clients' homes—ensuring personal attention and accessibility throughout the legal process.

A lifelong resident of central Indiana, Mr. Kruse grew up in Boone and Montgomery Counties. He attributes his work ethic and values to the close-knit communities that shaped him—places where trust, integrity, and hard work are the foundation of relationships. Today, those same principles guide his practice as he fights tirelessly to help injured individuals rebuild their lives.
